Off-Road Forged Fitment: Toyota Tacoma

A forged monoblock wheel for the 4th Gen 2024+ , machined from a single billet of 6061-T6 aluminum. Available in two variants: standard monoblock for on-road and general off-road use, or beadlock — a purpose-built version with a CNC-machined outer flange and mounting holes for a bolt-on beadlock ring. The beadlock configuration must be specified before production, as the wheel body itself is machined differently.

The beadlock ring mechanically clamps the outer tire bead to the wheel, preventing de-beading at the low PSI required for rock crawling, sand, and extreme trail conditions.

We offer a flexible 50/50 payment structure — no rush, no risk.

  1. Deposit — Start your build with a 50% deposit via checkout.
  2. 3D Engineering & Fitment — We model the wheel body and beadlock ring geometry to your vehicle's exact suspension travel, brake clearance, and desired offset. Production begins only after your approval.
  3. Production — 20–35 business days. The wheel body is CNC-machined from solid 6061-T6 billet. If a beadlock ring is included, it is machined and finished separately, then assembled and torqued to spec before shipping.
  4. Balance — The remaining 50% (plus shipping) is due only after you receive high-resolution photos of your finished wheels.

Powder Coat — Wheel Body

Full powder coat in Gloss, Satin, or Matte. Any solid color — Matte Black, Military Green, Desert Tan, Gunmetal, and more. Built for off-road conditions: chip-resistant and corrosion-tested.

Matte Black and Matte Military Green are the most popular choices for off-road builds.

Optional Add-On

Beadlock Ring

CNC-machined aluminum ring that bolts onto the beadlock-specific wheel body. Can be finished in the same color as the wheel or in a contrasting tone for a two-tone look. Must be selected at the time of order — the beadlock and standard monoblock variants have different wheel bodies.

Titanium Ring Bolts

Replace standard Grade-10 stainless ring bolts with aerospace-grade titanium fasteners. Saves weight, resists corrosion in mud and water, and adds a premium exposed-hardware detail. Available only when beadlock ring is included.

Can I order the wheel without the beadlock ring?
Yes. Choose at the time of ordering: standard monoblock or beadlock. The beadlock version has a purpose-machined outer flange with ring mounting holes — this is built into the wheel body during production and cannot be added to a standard monoblock after the fact. If you plan to run low tire pressure off-road, specify beadlock when ordering.
What does a beadlock ring actually do?
A beadlock ring mechanically clamps the outer tire bead to the wheel using a ring of bolts. This prevents the tire from de-beading when running at very low air pressure — essential for rock crawling, sand, and off-camber trail driving where low PSI is required for traction.
Why forged instead of cast for off-road?
Forged 6061-T6 aluminum has a denser grain structure than cast aluminum, making it significantly more resistant to impact and bending under load. Off-road impacts — rock strikes, drops, ledge hits — place extreme lateral stress on wheels. A forged wheel absorbs and deflects these forces where a cast wheel would crack or shatter.
Can I run different finishes on the ring and wheel body?
Yes. The beadlock ring and wheel body are finished independently. Any color combination is available — Matte Black body with a Gunmetal or Military Green ring is a popular choice.
