6061 WORKS was not built to move inventory. It was built because the aftermarket wheel industry had a problem — a market flooded with compromised castings, misleading specs, and fitments that required spacers, adapters, or excuses. We chose a different path: build every wheel to order, from the right material, for the exact chassis it will run on.

Aerospace-Grade Material. No Exceptions.

Every wheel we produce starts as a solid block of 6061-T6 aluminum — or in our Magnesium Series, AZ80 magnesium alloy. That block is subjected to 12,000 tons of forging pressure, aligning the grain structure of the metal and producing a density and strength that no casting process can replicate. Years of precision forging work — in aluminum, magnesium, and carbon hybrid construction — inform every decision we make at the press.

Built for Your Chassis. Not the Next One.

We do not pull boxes from a warehouse. Every set of 6061 WORKS wheels is CNC-machined to order — offset, width, center bore, and spoke geometry calculated specifically for your vehicle. Whether that means clearing Brembo monoblocs, Porsche Carbon Ceramic calipers, Wilwood setups, or AP Racing kits, we model the fitment in 3D before a single pass of the mill. If it does not fit perfectly, it does not ship.

Our wheels ship to clients across the USA, Europe, the Middle East, and beyond. The scale of our reach has never changed the scale of our attention. From the first 3D render to the final finish photograph, you work directly with the team building your wheels. There is no intermediary, no sales floor, no standardised order. Every commission is handled as if it is the only one in progress.

How Every Commission Works

50% Deposit to Begin

No payment in full upfront. A 50% deposit starts the engineering process. The balance is due only after you approve the finished result.

3D Engineering & Your Approval

We model your exact fitment — offset, concavity, brake clearance — and present the render for approval before production begins.

Production & Finish

CNC milling, forging, finish application — each wheel built individually to your specification. No batch production, no shared runs.

Photos Before Final Payment

You receive high-resolution photos of your completed set before the remaining balance is due. You see what you are paying for.
