Every set of 6061 WORKS wheels is CNC-milled specifically for your vehicle. We do not ship off the shelf — shipping timelines begin after your build is complete.

Production Lead Times

Step 01

Engineering & 3D Render 3–5 business days after your initial deposit. We model your exact fitment and send the render for your approval before any cutting begins.

Step 02

Manufacturing & Finishing Production timelines vary by construction type: Monoblock and Beadlock wheels 20–35 business days; Modular 2/3-Piece wheels 30–50 business days; Magnesium wheels 25–45 business days; Dually and Super Single builds 35–50 business days; Carbon Barrel wheels 40–60 business days. Complex finishes may add additional time.

Shipping Costs & Quotes

Because forged wheels vary significantly in size, width, and weight, shipping is not a flat rate. Costs are calculated individually based on your wheel specifications, destination, and chosen delivery method.

Express Courier DDU

DHL · UPS · FedEx · TNT — Transit varies by destination

Fastest door-to-door delivery. Shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) — the client is responsible for all local customs clearance, import documents, duties, and taxes upon arrival. The courier holds full liability for the condition of wheels during transit.

Premium Air Freight DDP Included

10–15 Business Days

Fast and reliable. Shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — customs clearance, import taxes, and duties are fully included in your shipping quote. Confirmed for the USA, UK, EU, Australia, and UAE. All other destinations available upon request.

Standard Sea Freight DDP Included

25–45 Business Days

Most cost-effective for heavy forged sets. Shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) for a fully hassle-free import process. Confirmed for the USA, UK, EU, Australia, and UAE. All other destinations available upon request.

DDP confirmed: USA, UK, EU, Australia, UAE. All other destinations ship DDU via Express Courier — local duties and taxes are the client's responsibility. Contact us to confirm options for your country.
