Modular Forged Fitment: Mercedes Benz CLE 53 AMG

A fully forged modular wheel built for the C236 chassis. Available in 2-piece (forged center + forged barrel) or 3-piece (forged center + forged barrel + forged outer lip), each component is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and bolted together with aerospace-grade hardware. Modular construction lets us tune offset and barrel width to your car — and finish each component independently.

We offer a flexible 50/50 payment structure — no rush, no risk.

  1. Deposit — Start your custom build with a 50% deposit via checkout.
  2. 3D Engineering & Fitment — We model your exact center-to-barrel geometry, maximizing lip depth and offset for your vehicle's suspension and brake clearance. Production begins only after your approval.
  3. Production — 30–50 business days. Each component (center, barrel, and outer lip on 3-piece sets) is forged from 6061-T6 billet, CNC-machined to spec, and finished individually before final assembly.
  4. Balance — The remaining 50% (plus shipping) is due only after you receive high-resolution photos of your finished wheels.

Dual-Tone Powder Coat

Center and barrel finished independently — choose any solid color combination. Gloss, Satin, or Matte available for each component separately.

The most popular option: Gloss Black center with Polished Lip or contrasting barrel.

Optional

Polished or Brushed Barrel

Mirror-polished or hand-brushed finish on the forged barrel, exposing the directional grain of the 6061-T6 aluminum. A classic look that defines the 2-piece aesthetic.

Premium

Titanium Hardware Upgrade

Replace standard Grade-10 stainless bolts with aerospace-grade titanium fasteners. Reduces assembly weight and adds a premium exposed-bolt detail.

What is the difference between 2-piece and 3-piece wheels?
A 2-piece wheel is built from a forged center bolted to a forged barrel. A 3-piece wheel adds a separate forged outer lip, which extends the offset range further and lets you refinish or rebuild each section individually. Both constructions offer more fitment and finish flexibility than a monoblock.
Can I choose different finishes for center and barrel?
Yes — this is one of the key advantages of modular construction. Center and barrel are finished independently. Popular combinations include Gloss Black center with a polished or brushed barrel, or a two-tone powder coat. Any combination is available.
Are modular wheels as strong as monoblock?
Yes. Both the center and barrel are forged from the same 6061-T6 billet used in our monoblock wheels. The mating surface is precision-machined, and the assembly is bolted with Grade-10 stainless hardware. The complete wheel passes the same FEA load testing as our monoblock line. For track use, we recommend the Titanium hardware upgrade.
