Our Process

ZERO COMPROMISES.

We don't cast. We forge. Every wheel begins as a solid cylinder of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, compressed under 12,000 tons of pressure. The result is extreme structural strength with minimal weight.

12,000-TON FORGING

Massive pressure compresses aluminum into an ultra-dense structure. The result is a wheel dramatically stronger than traditional cast wheels while eliminating weak structural zones.

PRECISION CNC MILLING

Each wheel is CNC machined from a single forged block with micron-level precision, ensuring perfect fitment, aggressive concave profiles and clearance for large brake systems.

3D DESIGN & FEA TESTING

Every project begins as a precise CAD model. We generate realistic 3D renders for approval before machining, followed by Finite Element Analysis to optimize strength and weight.
